For this purpose, the land was perfectly suited to the function of the future building on the fringe of the town Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof with attic around the perimeter. All entrances to the building are designed as barrier-free. The residential area on the ground floor contains a housing unit and its facilities and equipment designed for three people with limited mobility and orientation. Other higher floors have two apartments for four people. The apartment part includes a basement, where each apartment is assigned a cellar. Furthermore, in the basement there are common areas for residents such as a workshop, a store of common garden furniture and tools, a gym with sanitary facilities and a common room with a toilet. There is an elevator machine room, a boiler room and a cleaning room with the facilities of the operators in which only authorized persons will have access to the facility.
